IMPORTANT INFORMATION regarding your PREPAID booking: Prepaid rates are subject to the following cancellation, rebooking and no-show charges. Please note that the charges listed below will never exceed the total prepaid amount:

Booking cancellation: A fee of €181.20 will be charged for cancelling the booking (cancellation is possible up until the agreed collection time). Any remaining prepaid amount in excess of €181.20 will be refunded.
No-show: No refund will be issued if the vehicle is not collected (no-show) or if the booking is cancelled after the scheduled collection time.
No refunds for unused hire days: No refunds or credits will be issued for unused hire days (due to late collection or early return) once the vehicle has been collected.
