We rented the car for 2 weeks and we are very happy with the service provided. Almost brand new car (2.700km only on clock). Very easy communication with the staff. Walking distance from the airport. Very fair prices. Highly recommend.

This car rental is very easy to use and their communication was seemless. The 199 euros was collected from me upfront at the airport for CDW limit on top of what is already paid, please take note. I had no issue and the car which I got Nissan Qashqai was very suitable for Porto/Duoro Valley

One of the best experiences I've had with car rental and probably the only time I've actually driven away the model of car that I booked. No-fuss handling by nice people, no tricks and very reasonably priced for a new, quality vehicle. Exceptional to have no extra charge for a second driver. The office is just a five-minute walk from the airport terminal, so no need to fret about waiting for the shuttle, although they do offer this service.

ConfiRent has a very good staff. Very helpful and competent. They are available at any time for help. They contact you before you get the car and do the handover quickly and easily. Also the drop off.

Had some bad experiences in the past with other companies so we were cautious, but they were attentive, always kept in touch, the employees that called us on the phone just as much as the guy we talked to when picking up/dropping the car. Even though the reservation was made, they called to confirm the day before the pick up time, and the drop as well. Their office is within walking distance of the airport but the employee was kind to offer to drop us there with our bags.

I definitely recommend this car rental. Very professional conduct, they recorded video of the car with me and sent it to me so I had evidence of the state of the car. Car was also really new and modern. Only disadvantage but that I had to leave a 200€ deposit even with the extra insurance but it was returned to me without any problem when we gave back the car.

I really like this car rental company. They are friendly, professional and responsive. After renting 3 different cars from them over the course of 3 months, I'm currently in the process of signing a 6-month lease.

After several evenings of frustrating searches for a suitable car rental company, by chance I stumbled upon ConfiRent when checking the location of other rentals near to Porto airport. With an almost perfect 5-star review rating I thought it was too good to be true, until I noted that this was from several hundred reviews, so I decided to opt for them. Cristiana was my point of contact and she provided excellent comms prior to our arrival via WhatsApp; she was polite, friendly and efficient during the collection and return of the car, offering us a shuttle service to the airport too.
