After a perfect selection process with the advice from Confirent we received a fine car delivered at the door of the airport. It was a sign and drive experience. Also returning could be done at the departures hall, super easy. Btw, the office is not far from the airport, there's also a shuttle service. Highly recommended, I won't use any of the worldwide rental services now I'm spoiled with this service.

Very good company. Had some bad experiences in the past with other companies so we were cautious, but they were attentive, always kept in touch, the employees that called us on the phone just as much as the guy we talked to when picking up/dropping the car. Even though the reservation was made, they called to confirm the day before the pick up time, and the drop as well. Their office is within walking distance of the airport but the employee was kind to offer to drop us there with our bags.

I definitely recommend this car rental. Very professional conduct, they recorded video of the car with me and sent it to me so I had evidence of the state of the car. Car was also really new and modern. Only disadvantage but that I had to leave a 200€ deposit even with the extra insurance but it was returned to me without any problem when we gave back the car.

Absolutely one of the best rent a car companies I've used so far. After careful research and reading all the reviews on many companies in Porto about scamming people, I can honestly say that Confirent is what it says on the tin. Fantastic customer service from Cristiana and her team, they are in constant communication with you prior to collection and before drop off, which I've never experienced before, anywhere. The car was clean, new, great prices and we got what we booked, no similar. They do a walk around the car with you on collection and when you drop off. Their damage policy is very clear and simple, no strings attached. There was also no pressure what so ever in taking out any excess insurance. This is my go to place to rent from now on, no question about that. Keep the great work up guys, I have no issues in recommending you to my all my friends or family. Thank you for making my trip an excellent experience.

Great services and people. Perhaps the best car rental company ever used. They are not trying to convince you to buy higher level of insurance from the basic CDW like oters do or at times even restrict you not to use them if you don't, which is illegal to the consumer act. At the same time, great behaviour from every single person i talked to (at least 3 different people). In addition to the above, they have bi-fuel cars with LPG, which actually saves you 1/3 to say the least from the normal gasoline in terms of cost. I have done 1029km and paid 80 euros in LPG and 5 euros in Gasoline. Be aware though, Portugal has the most expensive tolls i have encountered in a country. I believe even more expensive than France and Italy that they supposed to be the most expensive.

Quick and good contact with the staff - they answer all questions leaving no doubts. A delivered car at the airport makes traveling easier. I recommend this company, I will definitely use their services if I come back to Porto :)

All good, easy to access from the airport (5mins walk), good car and communication. Just plan to have 1600€ on your account for the caution, and for me it was back 2 days after giving back the car 👍

This was one of the best experience I had renting a car. Cristiana picked us up from the airport, it took 5 mins to their garage (I imagine it would be same time walking as Porto airport is so nicely made for pedestrians!) I received the latest Renault Clio (it looks stunning!). I had the car just for one day. Pick up was quick but on return we had to wait a little. Cristiana, however was very helpful and rushed us to the airport so we don’t miss our flight (we didn’t!). I had my own insurance and didn’t get any extra charges. Totally recommend!

I can highly recommend this car rental to anyone needing a car in Portugal. The car (almost brand new with only 500kms) was delivered right in front of the airport. Pedro and his colleague were really nice and when I noticed that the car seat for our child was missing, the problem was resolved in less than 5 minutes. You won't go wrong if you choose this car rental company!

After several evenings of frustrating searches for a suitable car rental company, by chance I stumbled upon ConfiRent when checking the location of other rentals near to Porto airport. With an almost perfect 5-star review rating I thought it was too good to be true, until I noted that this was from several hundred reviews, so I decided to opt for them. Cristiana was my point of contact and she provided excellent comms prior to our arrival via WhatsApp; she was polite, friendly and efficient during the collection and return of the car, offering us a shuttle service to the airport too. Many thanks Cristiana! I would happily use ConfiRent again.

One of the best experiences I've had with car rental and probably the only time I've actually driven away the model of car that I booked. No-fuss handling by nice people, no tricks and very reasonably priced for a new, quality vehicle. Exceptional to have no extra charge for a second driver. The office is just a five-minute walk from the airport terminal, so no need to fret about waiting for the shuttle, although they do offer this service.

Paulo and Cristiana were the best car rental agents we have ever experienced. Complete support via WhatsApp from starting a quote to helping us to find the right car, getting to the agency, checking the car, constant support when we had questions while renting it, even help with finding the cheapest local petrol stations and supermarkets. Perfect collection from Porto Airport departures. Excellent price, new car. Utterly sublime. Impossible to rate higher. If I could give them ten stars I would. And when you consider how bad most car rental experiences appear to be, based on Internet reviews, that speaks volumes. I wish they existed in other countries.
