I really like this car rental company. They are friendly, professional and responsive. After renting 3 different cars from them over the course of 3 months, I'm currently in the process of signing a 6-month lease.

Paulo and Cristiana were the best car rental agents we have ever experienced. Complete support via WhatsApp from starting a quote to helping us to find the right car, getting to the agency, checking the car, constant support when we had questions while renting it, even help with finding the cheapest local petrol stations and supermarkets. Perfect collection from Porto Airport departures. Excellent price, new car. Utterly sublime. Impossible to rate higher. If I could give them ten stars I would. And when you consider how bad most car rental experiences appear to be, based on Internet reviews, that speaks volumes. I wish they existed in other countries. One of the best experiences I've had with car rental and probably the only time I've actually driven away the model of car that I booked. No-fuss handling by nice people, no tricks and very reasonably priced for a new, quality vehicle. Exceptional to have no extra charge for a second driver. The office is just a five-minute walk from the airport terminal, so no need to fret about waiting for the shuttle, although they do offer this service.

Whereas the big rental companies are in your face at the airport, ConfiRent has the most acceptable conditions and a good fleet of cars. We really liked the Dacia and where happy with the service of ConfiRent. Job well done… !

Great services and people. Perhaps the best car rental company ever used. They are not trying to convince you to buy higher level of insurance from the basic CDW like oters do or at times even restrict you not to use them if you don't, which is illegal to the consumer act. At the same time, great behaviour from every single person i talked to (at least 3 different people). In addition to the above, they have bi-fuel cars with LPG, which actually saves you 1/3 to say the least from the normal gasoline in terms of cost. I have done 1029km and paid 80 euros in LPG and 5 euros in Gasoline. Be aware though, Portugal has the most expensive tolls i have encountered in a country. I believe even more expensive than France and Italy that they supposed to be the most expensive.

This car rental is very easy to use and their communication was seemless. The 199 euros was collected from me upfront at the airport for CDW limit on top of what is already paid, please take note. I had no issue and the car which I got Nissan Qashqai was very suitable for Porto/Duoro Valley

Truly recommend this car rental. Car delivery and return from the airport was fast and easy. The car was also very good.

Amazing, superb team providing excellent, top-notch, above and beyond service! I would give them 6+ stars if that were an option - cannot say enough wonderful things! Great vehicles and rates. The drop off and pickup at the airport is icing on the cake - quick, easy, efficient, stress-free, and so very worth it. Christiana, Nuno, Paulo were so kind, helpful, personable, and on top of everything! Excellent communication the entire time, including before and after our rental. I’m satisfied with the service and the car. The quality and constitution of the car was good.

I definitely recommend this car rental. Very professional conduct, they recorded video of the car with me and sent it to me so I had evidence of the state of the car. Car was also really new and modern. Only disadvantage but that I had to leave a 200€ deposit even with the extra insurance but it was returned to me without any problem when we gave back the car.
